About Project
This vital infrastructure project consists of the construction of a new Marine Receiving Facility, Fuel Pipeline and Fuel Receiving Facility including the new Tank Farm and the existing Tank Farm on airport land.
This major infrastructure work included the deconstruction, demolition and complex development for every portion of the work. Hanscomb’s services for this Design Bid Build project include Value Management and Cost Planning and Control including change orders.
