About Project

Quarterly, Statistics Canada tracks and publishes residential and non-residential construction cost indices for what has grown from 7 to 11 major cities in Canada to reflect the price change of materials, systems, equipment, construction technology and methods.
Hanscomb’s Applied Research services include selection of models, preparation of detailed trade-based cost estimates, recommendation of 'pricing proxy' sample items and detailed unit price analysis, as well as ancillary studies like the Construction Costs for Representative Electric Utility and Engineering Construction Data Models.
