An iconic table-top structure and one of Toronto’s most exciting architectural landmarks, this 6,125 m2 multi-phased addition provided two storeys of studio and teaching space that sits four stories off the ground directly above the existing campus building.

Raising the building allows outdoor public space and pedestrian access while preserving views for condominium residents. Hanscomb’s services for this Design Bid Build project include Applied Research, Master Plan Estimating and Cost Planning and Control.
