Providing Tier 1 support on a continual basis, Hanscomb has prepared numerous studies including the Industrial Building Study, Energy Generation Cost Study and Four Zone Study for the GTA, Eastern, Western and Northern regions for the Ontario property tax system.

Hanscomb’s Applied Research centres on specific technical assistance around very specific assignments that in some cases is the backbone of MPAC’s data network. Part of our mandate with MPAC is providing educational based training for their field staff on how to utilize the elemental cost system to understand that various building types have an economic signature.
