About Project
The renovation and addition project consist of a southeast addition, upper bridge link to a 912 car parkade, Hudson room renovation, new washrooms and kitchen on the second floor, new entry shelters, recladding of existing building, and general site development.
Designed around a turn-of the century railroad station, the casino offers a unique casino experience. Hanscomb’s services for this Design Bid Build project include Value Management and Cost Planning and Control including change orders.
