Greater Toronto Airports Authority, Toronto Pearson International Airport: Terminal Redevelopment Project, Toronto, ON

Designed to replace previous Terminals I and II with a single integrated facility, this redevelopment of the entire airport included a new access road network, ground transportation complex with parking for 10,000 cars, additional runways and taxiways, and a new cargo handling facility.

Working as part of an international joint venture team, Hanscomb’s services for this fast-tracked Construction Management project include Master Plan Estimating, Cost Planning and Control and Value Management.
