About Project
Spanning ~18 km across the base of the City, the Gardiner is a key transportation artery that is near the end of its original design life and subject of ongoing maintenance and repair.
Infrastructure Ontario, a consultant of the City of Toronto, engaged Hanscomb to lead a number of tasks in support of an analysis of utilizing a P3 method of project delivery. . Hanscomb’s services include Master Plan Estimating, Value Management and Applied Research.
