About Project

Renovations to the museum include almost doubling the museums exhibition space to allow interactive exhibits that showcase the history of Pier 21 that was the point of entry for more than a million people between 1928 and 1971.

This complex heritage renovation included infrastructure upgrades to the existing mechanical and electrical systems to modernize the facility. Hanscomb’s services for this Design Bid Build project include Master Plan Estimating, Value Management and Cost Planning and Control including change orders.
