About Project

Canada's largest mental health and addiction teaching hospital and one of the world's leading research centres for addiction and mental health, CAMH Phase 1C consolidates inpatient and clinical programs on one vital urban site.
Phase 1C develops 2 new facilities totalling 600,000 square feet as a Design Build Finance Maintain project. Hanscomb’s services include Cost Planning and Control, Value Management and Applied Research from Functional Program through construction including variations (change orders).
