Bernie Morelli Recreation Centre, Hamilton, ON

Serving the recreational needs of the surrounding residential neighborhoods, this 54,000 square foot facility features dance studios, a walking track, gymnasium, leisure pool and open public community rooms available to local residents and seniors.

The centre is part of a vital community connected to the City’s oldest and renowned Jimmy Thompson pool and right across from the Tim Hortons field. Hanscomb’s services for this Design Bid Build project include Value Management and Cost Planning and Control.
