About Project
Part of the creation of a Precinct Concept plan for the Hamilton Wentworth District School Board (HWDSB) South PanAm Precinct, this 3-storey 167,000 square foot facility is designed to accommodate 1,250 pupils.
The school includes green space and a unique partnership with the City of Hamilton. Hanscomb’s services for this Design Bid Build project include Cost Planning and Control.
