University of Saskatchewan, Health Sciences Historic A & B Wings Renewal, Saskatoon, SK

This 1950 heritage restoration features work on the Greystone at the entrance stairwell, granite flooring, and brick and plaster wall treatments, as well as hazardous material abatement and a complete mechanical and electrical upgrade.

The renovated A Wing will be used predominately for administrative purposes and B Wing for support programming. Hanscomb’s services for this Design Bid Build project include Master Plan Estimating, Value Management and Cost Planning and Control including change orders.
