About Project
Spanning ~18 km across the base of the City, the Gardiner is a key transportation artery that is near the end of its original design life and subject of ongoing maintenance and repair.
At 1.5 million square feet, this Design Build Finance project on a greenfield site achieved LEED Gold. Hanscomb’s services include Master Plan Estimating, Cost Planning and Control, Value Management and Applied Research.
